The Importance of Christianity

I think that the only thing that will save this world is Christianity. I mean true believers. I don't mean fake Christians. I mean those people who sincerely believe in God, the Father, and in his Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost. I mean people who practice Christianity every day. Christians believe that all of mankind are brothers and sisters, children of a loving Heavenly Father. Christians have no desire to demonize people of other religions. They have no desire to hate others or attack them, just because of their religion. Most of our Founding Fathers were believers in Christianity. In his book Democracy in America, the French author Alexis de Tocqueville, after his visit to America in 1831, wrote that, "All the sects of the United States are comprised within the great unity of Christianity, and Christian morality is everywhere the same. There is no country in the world where the Christian religion retains a greater influence over the souls of men than in America." I only wish that were the case today.
